Appointment with Death.

I went to the old market one fine day
To get master his favourite supplies
I turned around to be scared right away,
By deaths penetrating, demonic eyes.

Begged and pleaded about the horse i needed
To take me on my travels from Baghdad
He agreed and away i proceeded
Partially happy but most of me sad

What if my master is next to meet death?
'why did you scare my servant with your stare?'
He mightn't ask, will that breath be his last?
What are the effects of that look unfair?

'Your servant, he waits, in Samarra town
fleeing from me will only help him drown'
